RASC National Society: General Assembly 2021 - The Stars Belong to Everyone (ONLINE)
The RASC GA is a four-day event, jam-packed with exciting events and fun for the entire family. This year’s event starts with a youth day that celebrates Astrophotography, encourages youth networking and features a presentation by Research Scientist Aaron Persaud.
The main conference kicks off on the Friday evening with Keynote speaker and television host, Emily Calandrelli. Other GA events include committee presentations, seminars, an award ceremony, live night sky observing and virtual tours of RASC observatories.
Guest speakers include Astrophysicist Katie Mack, Canadian Space Policy Adviser Kate Howells and Eclipse Chaser Kate Russo. The event also features Astronomy hot topics such as Dark-Sky Preserves and the highly anticipated Mars Madness Panel Discussion.
Purchase your tickets today to take part in RASC’s General Assembly. Tickets are $15 for members and $20 for non-members to access all events. The AGM is a free of cost, members only event. All members are encouraged to attend. Please register for the AGM separately.
